Q. I want to add my school logo to a Custom Faculty Parking Permit. What’s the process?

Once you click on the template of your choice, on the next screen, you will see multiple customization options for your permit. Under the Logo section, you will see the “Upload Logo” button. Choose the school logo file from your device and then, click on the "Upload" button and your logo will be used for your permits. The better your graphic or logo, the better your print will come on the permit! We accept various file-formats including .pdf,.eps,.cdr,.ai,.psd,.jpg,.tif,.gif,.bmp,.tif,.tiff,.jpeg,.png. Files should not be heavier than 10 MB.

You can even choose clipart from our library. You can also send us your design later via email to [email protected] or fax a sketch to 718-504-4448.

Q. Which size is recommended for Faculty Parking Permit Hang Tags?

The 5 x 3 inches hang tags are our best-sellers. This is the perfect size to be spotted by the parking staff from a distance when the vehicle approaches the venue. These standard-sized Faculty Parking Permits accommodate everything from your school name to sequential numbering, year of validity, category of the permit, and more.

Smaller sizes like 3 x 2.75 inches come with the benefit of not obstructing the driver’s view. 2 x 4.75 inches hang tags have a horizontal orientation when hanging from the rearview mirror of the vehicle. These convenient, compact hang tags won't need to be adjusted or moved.

Q. Are 5” x 3” Staff Parking Permits printed on both sides?

Printing on the backside of the 5” x 3” Staff Parking Permit is optional. There is an additional charge to print on the back of your tag. Unlike the front portion, only text can be added on the backside of the tag. As a default, the following text is displayed -

“Hang from the rearview mirror so that this side faces you. This tag should be properly attached at all times while on the premises. Be sure to remove it when you leave. ABC Company. This Tag is Not Transferable $5.00 Replacement Fee If Lost or Stolen Report to Security Immediately.”

You can change the entire text, edit some part of it, or just add your company name. Text color schemes are also provided.

Q. What is the difference between WindowCling Repositionable and WindowCling Removable Stickers?

WindowCling Repositionable Stickers are made of 3.6 mil thick polyester while WindowCling Removable Stickers are made from a 3 mil thick vinyl. These are easy to remove without any residue.

WindowCling Parking Permits are easily repositionable for up to 30 days. Labels can be cleanly removed after a year. These stickers are best for slightly dirty windows and for application at colder temperatures.

Q. How can I track my permit order?

Orders can be tracked in the My Account tab. Just enter your Web Order Number and Zip Code to track your ordered items. You will find a UPS tracking number and a link here which will help you locate where exactly your package is.

Q. Can I return the Faculty Parking Permits if I am not satisfied with the layout?

We do not accept returns of custom products. For Custom Faculty Parking Permits, if you cancel before production has started, we may be able to accommodate your request, but even then cancellation is not guaranteed. Once a custom order reaches the factory floor, we cannot issue any refunds. Orders usually reach the factory floor within 48 hours of approval.

Stock Parking Permits can be returned within 60 days of receipt. The permits must be undamaged and in unused condition. We do not accept international returns.

Q. We need to place an order for our entire staff. Do you offer discounts on bulk quantity orders?

Quantity discount is an incentive we offer that results in a decreased cost per unit of goods or materials when purchased in greater numbers. However, all items must be of the same design, size, material, color, and print.
